Suspension, Withdrawal & Scope Reduction

Suspension

Certification may be temporarily invalid when surveillance is not permitted, serious nonconformity is not addressed or requirements are persistently not met.

Withdrawal

Certification may be withdrawn when suspension issues are not resolved or the client requests cancellation.

Scope reduction

Parts of the scope may be removed where conformity is not maintained or activities cease.

Public status

Certification status should be accurately reflected in the verification system.
